We take pride in our parts and secure your purchase for a safe passage. Please open your package as soon as possible to ensure the part arrived safely. If for any reason the part is damaged, please contact us immediately, and document as much as you can. If something was damaged in shipping, we will do all that we can to handle everything for you and get a new part out to you ASAP.
return & exchange policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. The 30 days begins the day your product ships. The part must meet the following requirements:

Part is unaltered

Part is in original finish

Part to be shipped back with original packaging
We MUST be notified about the return, that way we can ensure a proper return/exchange process. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, and the consumer is responsible for all return shipping and any fees associated with return shipping.
Returns for refunds on parts may have restocking fees that range from 5%-20%, especially if the product is deemed poorly repackaged. Any and all fees and duties associated with the purchase/return are the responsibility of the consumer. Each returned product must be in its original, unused condition. Any product/part that has been painted or altered is non-returnable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once the return is approved and processed, the retund will arrive through the original form of payment.
We strongly recommend insurance; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
